Vendors

As a service to both Kansas school districts and SIS vendors, KSDE offers a voluntary certification process each year for vendor products to create records accepted by the KIDS Collection System. The certification of a vendor by KSDE means that the vendor has met the basic requirements for a record to be submitted to KIDS. However, the actual ability for a district to submit a record is contingent upon the SIS product defaults and configuration performed by each district and the data that has been entered or carried forward for the current school year.
